Triggers as Teachers + Transformational Tools.

A Mama Bear mother’s day riff...

Ok so sometimes a mama bear's just gotta share what's on her heart in a riff on a car ride to pick up one of her kiddos on a particularly magical mother's day ;)

Listen loves, life is crae right now and I'd be lying if I said I haven't been feeling it...

However I am also feeling deeply into the power of us rising together - and that we have a window of opporunity to turn this mess around - in particular for our kiddos. 

But living in fear and division, pointing fingers, spending our energy on blame and shame is not the way.

Open hearts and minds, reconnection, unity, honesty, courage and creativity... 

That's the stuff that is going to get us there...

In my humble opinion that is.
